Monday to Thursday (Weekdays)
- Without Security Officer (non-alcoholic event): $400.00
- With Security Officer (event includes alcohol): $500.00
Friday to Sunday (Weekend)
- No- security officer: $450.00
- Security officer: $550.00

Cancellations: Both Training/ Conference room bookings:
Cancellation can be done by the renter at any time in writing or by a telephone call. Cancellations done 11 calendar days or more before the date of the event will receive 100% of the total rental fee and security deposit paid to CZMAI. Cancelations done 4 to 10 calendar days before the date of the event will carry a 50% charge of the cost of the total rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded 100%. Cancelations done 3 calendar days or less before the date of the event will not receive any refund unless waived by CZMAI. The security deposit will be refunded 100%.
Damages: Both Training/ Conference room bookings:
Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the Rental Space, adjoining facilities, building common areas, or building exterior or grounds. This includes all damages to any equipment, fixtures, surfaces, including the ceiling, floors and floor finishes, or any other property. Renter agrees and acknowledges that Renter’s liability for loss or damages is not limited to the amount of the deposits received by CZMAI.
